This is a relatively new place we stumbled on and have been back several times. Did I mention yet that we’ve tried a lot of breakfast spots in the Springs? Much like Sandy’s, it’s a small joint with excellent food and service. There’s literally one woman doing the cooking (at least on Saturday mornings when we go), right behind the cash register. I’m mesmerized every time I’m there at how she moves and knows her craft. She’s fun to watch. But... onto the food. They have really good French toast, but also have - what we consider - the best pancakes in the Olympic city. By the way, if you like pancakes, get the pecan pancakes... there to die for. Good coffee is a must for any breakfast place for us and they have great coffee here.
