Segev is luxury dining at its finest, a place where the food is almost too beautiful to eat and the ambiance is unlike anything in Israel. This restaurant is the culinary brainchild of world class chef Segev Moshe, who modeled the restaurant’s décor after the floral lined streets of the Tel Aviv neighbourhood of Neve Tsedek. His food expertise is apparent in his artfully prepared dishes and elegant cocktails, including decadent mushroom risotto to buttery foie gras.
