One of the best poboy, sandshich, and salad places in town. Their blackened chicken or pulled pork are AMAZING!!!! Its inside Lavaca St Bar. Eat inside or out.

Downtown’s best option for bayou-inspired seafood po-boys and salads, Turf N’ Surf has evolved from a coveted (and still running) food truck to a brick and mortar success by sourcing the freshest seafood possible straight from the Gulf with two locations. With hefty portions and reasonable prices, this place is a must-try.

Delicious fresh fish (taco, po boy or salad) in the downtown area. Inside dive-y and cheap Lavaca Street Bar. Good for dinner before a show at ACL or going out in the downtown Warehouse District.

If you don't go to their trailer at The Picnic, this location inside Lavaca St. Bar is the next best place to have their amazing fish tacos.
