At Black Mountain Chocolate on Trade Street, we handcraft chocolate from heirloom, fair trade cocoa beans. Then we transform it into a wide array of delicious drinks, desserts and bonbons. Visitors can watch (and eat)! Fascinating and delicious. Guided tours are available, but guests can see the Visible Factory and sample our chocolate any time we are open. Founded in 2007, Black Mountain Chocolate is the original artisan chocolate maker in the Carolinas.

Interesting place to visit and see how chocolate is made. They produce small batches in many chocolate flavors and you can also enjoy gelato, and hot and cold beverages.
