Closest thing to a mall in San Miguel. Liverpool department store, Soriana grocery store, Office Depot, movie theaters and a variety of smaller stores. Also the US Consular Office is here.

Liverpool is like the Macy's (or a Bon Marche) of Mexico. This is where ex-pats shop to buy perfume, better quality clothes, espresso machines and dyson vacuum cleaners. It's an essential for those of us who live here...
