This park is a hidden gem. Unassuming park in town with a small parking lot, and the longest wooden bridge trail that leads down to the water to a long pier. A great easy walk where you won't get to muddy or dirty.
Just down from the main intersection in Sooke you will find Ed MacGregor park. It is worth the walk as the view from the pier is stunning. You can see the Sooke Basin, Whiffin Spit and East Sooke. Easy walk for all abilities and wheelchair accessible.
waterfront boardwalk to Rotary Pier at the foot of Murray Road - crabbing off the dock!
