South West Victoria is well known for its production of Australian dairy products. The lush volcanic soil and climate provide local cattle with great pastures and hence a wonderful product. Head to Schulz to explore their organic range on your visit. Alternatively some products are available from the Port Campbell General Store.

Schultz Dairy, 5 km from Timboon, have the best milk. In bottles. Their sustainability credentials are great. But they also have a beautiful garden where you can have lunch, or scones and tea, or cheese cake made with quark.... The Distillery in nearby Timboon is a lovely locally sourced food place for lunch; The cow and the foodstore also have a ice vibe.
