This is one of the 4 whale watch businesses in town. They all do pretty much the same thing though for the same price... and most people who do this do end up seeing a whale or two,

Hop on Capt Bill's whale watching boat and spend the day on the water looking for whales. The boat ride through Gloucester Harbor and past Twin Lights alone is worth the price of the ticket. Seeing the whales so close is awesome. It is a rare day that Capt Bill doesn't find whales to watch, but should it happen you'll receive a voucher to go out with him again another day for free.
