If you take the trip up Sandviksfjellet, to Stoltzekleiven , you get a panoramic view of Bergen. Stoltzekleiven is made up of stone stairs with about 800 steps, and is a demanding walk. If you want a real challenge, you can try to beat the record time at the very top: 7 minutes and 46 seconds!

The famous stairs up the mountain. Hard hikingroute, people try to make it to the top in 15-20 minutes, some need an hour. The record is just under 8 minutes. Not recommended for people with heartcondissions. Bring water to keep hydrated

f you want a spectacular experience, try Stoltzen! This is a very steep trail going straight up the mountain. The views are great, if you are not too exhausted. A great and extremely challenging 900m horizontal/300m vertical climb! At the top you are rewarded (weather permitting) great views over Bergen!
