Just found this one, and I mean found, it is tucked away in the street behind Palm Beach Rd. opposite the Soccer / Football field. You take the street beside New Wei Taai and go over the next street and it is on the left. Extremely busy with sit in and take out. Basic, nothing fancy but good food and plenty of it.

If you feel like a good Chinese food, Ling's is the best for quality and price, the portions are quite generous; do not get carried away by the appearance of the place, it is one of the favorite and popular restaurants of the locals in the Noord neighborhood
