Excellent and demanding pastry specializing in KÄSEKUCHEN a kind of lighter cheesecake. We highly recommend the lemon poppy version, less dense than a cheesecake, the texture is creamy, melting, lemony and crispy in places, thanks to the poppy seeds introduced to the device. A clear success! 100% approved!
