Normally open during winter months for ice skating. The views are amazing and gives off that classic holiday spirit feel.

8 mins from Rittenhouse Square Fun water fountains in the summer and awesome ice skating rinks and shops to visit during the winter Or just take a moment and relax on one of the benches and just enjoy the view.
