The Sicilian chef owner makes everything fresh daily. He is very creative and the food is delicious. It’s like eating at a Michelin Star restaurant in the jungle.

Costa Rica‘s first true five star restaurant. Illario, the owner, is a culinary genius truly a gastronomic event. A bit pricey but well worth it.

Thomas’ favorite restaurant and the best Italian restaurant in Costa Rica. Chef inspired dishes with daily specials and the ambience is perfect for a romantic dinner. Take a left on the main road and La Pecora Nera will be a few hundred meters on the right hand side.
