A nice place to pick up a snack or some beverage on your way to the Volcano National Park. The county park is just across the highway.

Located right outside the neighborhood on Hwy11, this is a convenient spot to pick up snacks, drinks and forgotten necessities without having to go into Hilo or Keaau. They do close early at 6pm. They have most anything you could need in a pinch as well as a lunch counter that is open till 2pm. The lunch counter offers burgers, hotdogs, breakfast and local kine food. They also sell their own t-shirt with some cool artwork!

Best convenience store on the island. Awesome staff, my second home. Great prices on food and drink. I can't recommend anything besides the Denver omelette cuz that's what I get every single time! (Open 7am or earlier-6pm everyday, but the kitchen closes around 2 so don't miss that!) Here you can find bags or blocks of ice for the cooler.
