We have lived in a 1905 Victorian Farmhouse on Capitol Hill in Seattle since 1993. Our home is an easy ride from the airport to the Capitol Hill stop on the Link light rail. We live on the first floor and we have remodeled our second floor to three well-appointed bedroom suites with a common laundry room. You have your own private outside access to upstairs.
