I've found the experience very relaxing and meditative. Quite surprising the use of the chair or sofa!

It was a perfect experience for someone like me sitting all the time and working from home. Paulo made it easy to follow, and gave a full instructions how to use our body to stretch. I wanted to take this experience together with my working colleagues during lunch hour in APAC timezone, and Paulo kindly offered an early time for him (4am), fully set. Highly recommended for someone who's working in the office or working from home - needs to know how to stretch while sitting on chair.

I booked this experience for a group who wanted to get a more hands-on understanding of how to adapt yoga and it was well worthwhile as we learned a lot!

Paulo was a fantastic instructor and our group loved him.
