We hoped to enjoy our stay as others have. That was just not the case for us. Amenities listed were not as photos advertised. Weeds over grown in yard space. Propane ran out while using grill. Had to clean the BBQ space to even be able to use it. Furniture could use a cleaning in living room. If we did not have a boat booked Sunday we would have immediately left that next morning. It was disappointing to say the least. After propane ran out. We had to clean many spaces. The BBQ area was filthy. Horse shoe was just a space full of weeds. Owner Ella won’t even refund a portion for our inconvenience. For misleading us that she had a remarkable cabin with outdoor space to hang at. Horse shoe to play. DO NOT BE FOOLED I have plenty of photos. If I could add them I would. Steer clear this place and owner.

Ella’s home was such a wonderful place to spend a weekend in Big Bear. Stunning panoramic views, open floor plan with a great communal space, comfortable furniture and a large kitchen. It was so nice having dinner on the deck outside as the sun was setting. Communication was smooth and easy as well. Thank you, Ella, for a lovely stay!
