Our little place, Il Cubetto, inaugurated with the 2020 season, stands in full Tuscan country and is particularly distinctive because of its absolute exclusivity: only two studio apartments within our 7000 sqm of garden planted with many fruit trees, with great attention to any detail. Our guests, a maximum of two per studio apartment, have the use of a salt-water infinity swimming pool overlooking the valley. Depending on the car they drive, they can park next to the cottage or beside the road.

Tranquillo, luminoso, immerso nel verde, con una splendida vista sulla campagna. Costruito con i criteri della bioedilizia, si trova in collina, a 500m di altitudine e a 15 min d'auto da Pistoia. Dal cottage si arriva a piedi anche ad una bella piscina pubblica aperta in estate e alla stazione: il paese di Castagno si raggiunge anche in treno! Al vostro arrivo troverete alcuni prodotti della nostra fattoria, oltre a caffè , latte, yogurt e pane fresco. Potrete usare la lavatrice e Netflix Tv.

Casa indipendente con giardino Cinque Terre

Sopra il Golfo de La Spezia, a 30 minuti dalle Cinque Terre, villino indipendente appena ristrutturato immerso nel fresco e nel silenzio della Val di Vara. Il rustico - antica chiesetta poi adibita a fienile - è stato ristrutturato utilizzando pietra e legno locale, vero cotto antico, rivestimenti in ceramica, calce e prodotti completamente naturali come cera d'api, vernici e pitture esclusivamente a base di essenze e colori vegetali. La casa degli ospiti è immersa nel giardino: è un luogo silenzioso e romantico, dove si respira un'atmosfera artistica. Arredata con gusto, ha tutto ciò che serve per un soggiorno piacevole e rilassante. La piccola cucina è ben servita. Si possono fare belle passeggiate e gite alle città più belle della Toscana. Lucca dista 3km: è facilmente raggiungibile in auto, in bicicletta e in autobus. A pochi passi la Fattoria Sardi propone wine tasting tours nelle vigne e il suo ristorante è ottimo.

La Torretta

Lovely little house in the heart of Lerici. Situated in the oldest part of town next to the Castle, it has a view of the islands and Portovenere. The entrance to the house is through a garden, and to get there one can walk multiple paths through the oldest streets in the village, or take the public lift that takes you to the castle place. A quiet area, with two balconies, and a few minutes from shops, restaurants or the ferries that goes to the Cinque terre, Portovenere and Tellaro.

The Gipsy Home (or Carrozzone Gitano) is a small apartment entirely built by hand in wood, equipped with every essential comfort. Immersed in the greenery of our private structure with swimming pool and barbecue, you will stay in a surreal atmosphere where relax will act as sovereign. You will have a kitchen equipped with a stove and fridge, a fantastic large bed and a bathroom with a very spacious shower. There will be a LED TV and air conditioning.
