Elgin is know as the sausage capitol of Texas and Southside is why. We recommend the Southside combo!

Elgin is know for it’s sausage, and Southside is one of the two famous BBQ joints in town. Their smoked turkey is noteworthy, as is their sausage and brisket. They also have a meat market.
